Country Club
The ACCCA owns and manages:
- Gates and gate personnel;
- Roads and bridges within the Anthem Country Club community;
- Wash drains, street dividers and entry areas.
Additionally, the ACCCA enforces all governing documents, policies and Design Guidelines.
Amenities are provided via additional dues by the Anthem Golf & Country Club (AG&CC), a separate entity within the community gates operated by ClubCorp, Inc. These amenities include two clubhouses, fitness centers, tennis courts, swimming pools, golf courses and dining facilities (also referred to as Persimmon and Ironwood Clubhouses). The AG&CC is not a part of the ACCCA structure.
Anthem Parkside and Arroyo Grande
The Anthem Parkside Community Association (APCA) was established in 1999 along with the community of Anthem, by Master Plan Developer Del Webb.
Set at the foothills of Gavilan Peak, Parkside manages 7031 homes for nearly 20,000 residents who enjoy close proximity to a 63-acre Community Park, 32 Neighborhood Parks (aka “Pocket Parks”), a waterpark, trails and pathways, and all the amenities a family-friendly community enjoys, all situated within the splendor of the lush north Valley desert and Daisy Mountain beyond.
The Landings
The Landings Parkside has a unmanned guard gate with 120 single level homes.
The Village At Anthem
The Village (Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-owners – VACCC) was established in 2004 by Master Plan Developer Del Webb.
Set at the foothills of Gavilan Peak, Village consists of 210 condominium units, and more than 500 residents who enjoy the amenities of luxury townhome living with two pools, private access, and close proximty to all that Anthem has to offer, all situated within the splendor of the lush north Valley desert and Daisy Mountain beyond.
